What is the process for purchasing a gift voucher?
The process of buying a gift voucher on Gift It Now can be completed in just a few easy steps:
SELECT your gift - browse by region, recipient, occasion and more; choose from over 2000 experiences, gift vouchers and hampers.
PURCHASE your gift - once you've decided on a gift (or gifts), add them to your cart, then proceed to the purchase screen where you'll be able to choose a customised certificate and presented with the option to either "Gift It Now" or "Gift It Later".
GIFT it! - once payment is finalised using your preferred method, you're all done, and you'll soon receive a great deal of thanks from your recipient!
REDEEM it - Upon receiving the gift voucher, your recipient has the flexibility to choose when to enjoy their experience within 6 months. They can then contact Gift It Now on a day of their choosing, provide their redemption code located on the voucher, and they'll be good to go.
ENJOY it - Your recipient will take part in one of the thousands of great experiences on offer at Gift It Now.
When buying a voucher, I have to choose the option to either "Gift It Now" or "Gift It Later". What's the difference?
"Gift It Now" will immediately send the gift certificate to the recipient via email; "Gift It Later" will allow you to enter a physical address and have a well-presented and personalised gift certificate inside a gift envelope posted to the recipient for a nominal fee. Both options allow you to write customised messages for a variety of different occasions! Choose to print your own Gift Certificate to 'Gift' to your recipient, or if you can spare a bit of extra time before they receive it, Gift It Later and let us send the Gift Certificate to them in a beautifully presented Gift It Now envelope, including a small gift from us for purchases over $100.
Why can't I select a date for my recipient when purchasing?
You will need to select a date to send one of our Hampers to your recipient, but what about the experiences that often need to take place on certain days, with bookings needing to be made, etc.? With Gift It Now we take that stress away and give your recipient the flexibility of booking on a date that suits them. Plus, they have a whole 6 months from the day you purchase to choose a date to use their voucher!
Once I complete the purchase, how does the recipient redeem their gift voucher?
Once they have decided when they would like to do their experience, they will need to phone 1300 839 731 and redeem their voucher with one of our friendly call centre staff. Our call centre staff will book in their experience for your recipient ad they will be emailed a confirmation voucher. They must ensure they take this voucher with them on the day and present it to the service provider. The reservation cannot be honoured or redeemed without presenting a valid voucher. For security purposes, when the recipient is redeeming their voucher they must present a valid photo ID and the voucher.
There are so many gifts to choose from that I can't decide! Can you help?
Can't decide on a Gift? Why not choose a Gift It Now Gift Certificate and leave it up to them to choose something they prefer from our huge range of products. You can select from $25, $50, $100, $200 and $500 gift certificates to make the choice their own. In addition, feel free to call our friendly staff on 1300 839 731 if you are stuck - with years of experience in the industry, they'll be glad to offer you a helping hand!
How do the Hampers work?
FREE delivery within Australia is included with every Hamper on Gift It Now. NO ADDITIONAL FEES OR CHARGES will apply.
If you are purchasing the hamper ahead of time, please select the date you would like it delivered in the checkout, or select today's date if you require it sent ASAP.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No Deliveries are made on Public Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the information in our Delivery guidelines.
Where possible please supply a business address for deliveries.
All hamper prices are final and include postage in their price; there are no additional fees, hidden charges or delivery costs.
A personal courier delivers our GiftItNow hampers direct to your recipients’ home address or business. As the delivery is within business hours, please nominate a company address if you know your recipient won’t be at home. If authorisation to leave the hamper unattended is not provided, the purchaser will incur a $16 redelivery free.

If your gift has not arrived as and when requested, please contact us and we will track your gift with our courier company. Whilst only highly reputable couriers are used, delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons. Any delays causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for a refund.
Are my details secure?
No need to worry, shopping with GiftItNow is secure. We use high-grade SSL with Thwate encryption thatprotectsyour credit card number and PKN so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Can I change the total number of recipients?
Yes. If you need to add more, simply buy another certificate. If you need less, please contact our help line and we will assist you, subject to our refund and cancellation policy.
I want to change number of recipients before purchase completion.
Edit the product you wish to book on the gift cart under, ‘Review Order’ click ‘Change Details’ and change the number of recipients to get an updated price and availability.
