INTRODUCTORY DIVE
Take your first steps into the world of scuba diving with this gift voucher for a Gold Coast scuba diving introductory dive! No experience is necessary as war understand everyone has to start somewhere - you'll receive a detailed lecture on the basics of scuba diving from a fully-certified instructor who will accompany you throughout the whole dive to ensure you feel both safe and secure while getting used to the brilliant feeling of floating weightlessly through the waters!
Swim with dozens of species of colourful fish that you will have the opportunity to hand-feed as you get the hang of the various scuba diving techniques over the course of between 3 - 4 hours. All equipment required is included as well as a courtesy pick up and drop off.

Description
Discover the SCUBA diving experience at nearby Wavebreak Island. This dive is purely for pleasure - no experience necessary.
You will be accompanied by a certified PADI instructor throughout the whole dive.
Besides seeing beautiful & fascinating aquatic creatures first hand, you’ll experience sensations unique to diving, like the thrill of breathing underwater for the first time & the feeling of floating weightless like an astronaut in space.
You will swim with many species of fish & can even hand feed them.
This dive will give you an insight into the goings on in the underwater world & will be an experience you will always remember.
A certificate is issued to every diver.
PADI standards recommend you leave at least 24 hours after your last dive before flying. You can fly, then dive the same day, however not dive then fly.
Itinerary
Boarding our boat ‘Discover’ at the lovely Marina Mirage, we travel approx’ 10 minutes north by boat through the Gold Coast waters to the beautiful Wave Break Island.
Leaving the boat we head to the island, where we get comfortable wearing & using our SCUBA equipment in the calm shallow waters before heading off on your underwater safari.
After you surface we have snorkel gear aboard & you can take off for a relaxing snorkel or simply lounge about on our boat & enjoy light refreshments.
