Delivery Information

Gift It Now understands the importance of gift giving in a timely manner, which is why these options are provided, catering to those who buy in advance and those who leave it to the last minute (we've all been there).

Gift It Now Delivery

Gift It Now provides customers with two convenient gifting options:

(1) Gift It Now to receive an instant e-voucher delivered to your inbox, or (2) Gift It Later to have your gift voucher and hand-written card packaged up and delivered straight to your door with express postage.

If you're purchasing a Gift It Now wine or Champagne box, a book or a hamper, you will receive your parcel as soon as possible through a courier service in Australia.

Gift Voucher Delivery Options

There are two delivery options available when purchasing a Gift It Now experience gift voucher: Gift It Now or Gift It Later.

  1. Gift It Now with Instant e-Vouchers

    By selecting Gift It Now at checkout, you'll receive your digital gift card and experience gift voucher by email. This is a free delivery option allowing you to send it digitally to the recipient or print it out at home. It's a quick and convenient option that is perfect for those last minute gift-givers.

  2. Gift It Later with Express Post

    Gift It Now's Gift It Later option will see your experience gift voucher packaged up, your gift card handwritten and the parcel delivered via express post to your, or the recipient's, front door. You'll have the option to enter your address or the recipients at checkout. Gift It Later packages are sent express through Australia Post and if your order total is under AU$100 you will incur a $10 postage fee.

Wine Boxes & Books

Gift It Now also offers a range of physical goods including wine and Champagne boxes and travel and recipe books. These gifts will be packed with care in the Gift It Now HQ and sent to the desired address. These packages also include a handwritten gift card and will be posted as soon as possible with the Australian courier service, Star Track.

Express postage is FREE on all orders over AU$100 and can be delivered anywhere in Australia. If your order amounts to less than AU$100, you will be charged an AU$10 postage fee at checkout.

Orders must be signed for upon delivery unless you authorise the parcel to be left unattended at the suggested property. If you have not given authorisation to leave the parcel and no one is home to sign for it, it will be redirected to the closest post office for your collection. At collection, you, or the person collecting, will incur an $8.50 redirection fee.

Hampers

The hampers available on Gift It Now come from a third party source. This operator is responsible for the postage o the hamper once ordered through Gift It Now.

Postage of these hampers is through Australia Post and will occur within 24-hours of your order being placed. Delivery can take between 3 to 5 days, depending on the location of the recipient.

I entered the wrong delivery addresss, what do I do?

Oops! If you accidentally entered the wrong address for your wine box, book or hamper, call the Gift It Now Customer Support team as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed with Australia Post or Star Track, it may be too late, but we will try our best to change the destination address.

If we are unable to change the address due to it already being processed or sent and the parcel is redirected back to us, you wil have to cover the redirection and re-postage fees.

If the gift needs to be replaced due to being damaged during a returned delivery, you will be responsible for half the cost of the original product for replacement, plus, another delivery fee to resend the gift basket. If the gift basket is left at the incorrect address as entered at checkout and is unrecoverable due to incorrect information, we will not be able to recover the item and will not be able to offer a refund.

When do I need to order by?

Wine box and book orders must be placed by 12:00 pm AEST for express post delivery with Star Track. Please note, the delivery process is up to the discretion of Star Track and once the gifts have been collected by the courier delivery timeframes and extenuating services are afterwards out of our hands. In some instances due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, gift hampers can arrive outside of standard estimated delivery times. It is advised to order your gift box or hamper in advance to prevent any disappointment.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday with no deliveries made on Public Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped according to the Delivery Guidelines. Hampers can only be shipped within Australia.

PLEASE NOTE: Any delays outside of our control causing your gift to not be delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for a refund.
