Ideal for a birthday, Christmas or Father's day gift, this wonderful cooking class will teach them how to make fresh sausages from scratch. Located at Green Olive on Red Hill, on the stunning Mornington Peninsula, their lessons will take place in front of a backdrop of stunning countryside. During this awesome cooking class, they will learn everything they need to know about bratwurst sausage making. They'll find out the best cuts of meat to use, how to grind meat, what kinds of herbs and seasonings to use, how to fill natural sausage casings and, of course, how to cook sausages. They'll work towards creating their very own batch of sausages, using various spices and fresh garden herbs which are grown right there at the farm.

They'll be supplied with course notes, an apron and all other supplies they need for the experience. All they need to bring is a cooler bag so they can take home fresh produce and their gourmet sausage creations. After their cooking class, they can admire the wonderful estate including the stunning vineyard, kitchen garden and on-site dam.
