  • Learn the culinary art of butchery from a knowledgeable chef. The chef will demonstrate how to break down a full lamb carcass, explaining along the way the various cuts and which part of the animal each product comes from
  • Your chef will demonstrate the deboning of a chicken carcass, where you will have the hands-on experience with your own whole chicken
  • Watch, learn and replicate your newly earned skills as you follow along with the chef
  • Learn the various of chicken meat cut, marinating the chicken with herbs freshly picked from the kitchen garden
  • Pack up some chicken to take home, the rest will be taken off to the kitchen and prepared for cooking. While you wait, relax with a glass of wine at the Green Olive at Red Hill dining area and enjoy the lush scenic views
  • Enjoy a glass of Estate wine while you indulge in your handmade pasta as you reminisce about your enjoyable morning
