Gift It Now's Corporate Rewards Program can be tailored to suit the specific requirements of your business, with discounted products for employees and rewards for club members, along with premium commissions earned on every sale that occurs through your business portal.

Booking Fees

Gift It Now boasts no booking or credit card fees. The price of the experience gift voucher you see listed on the website is the price you pay at checkout.

Gift It Later packs and wine boxes, books and hampers are available to be shipped anywhere in Australia. There is free express shipping on all orders over AU$100. Orders under AU$100 will incur a $10 postage fee.

Validity

Gift It Now vouchers are redeemable for three (3) years from the date of purchase for those purchased after 18/10/2017. A 7 day grace period comes into effect after the expiration date. During this time, voucher holders must book their experience for any date within 30 days of voucher expiry. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed past this 7 day grace period.

When a booking has been confirmed, validity limitations no longer apply and instead the specified date or 'valid to' date takes precedence.

All gift vouchers purchased prior to 18/10/2017, the original 12-month validity period still applies. Once a voucher has expired it is unable to be redeemed, however, Gift It Now works through customer queries related to expired vouchers on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of a price change (increase or decrease) after the first 12-months of purchase for the specific experience originally purchased, the redeemer can pay the difference in price between the value of the voucher at the time of sale and the price at the time of redemption, or they can opt to use the value of the original gift voucher purchased towards another experience listed on Gift It Now. You can read more about this below under the title 'Product Alterations'.

Experience Providers & Operators

Gift It Now is not the operator or supplier for any experience or product sold through our catalogue. We act as the booking agent for the suppliers and operators that we represent. Suppliers and operators provide experiences directly to the customer or voucher holder.

We take no liability or responsibility for any services that any affiliated or third-party suppliers provide to the customer, voucher holder or any other party. The terms and conditions detailed on any booking confirmation are provided specifically by supplier and/or operator.

Refunds

Gift voucher purchases through Gift It Now are non-refundable under any circumstances, in whole or in part. Vouchers are flexible and their value may be put toward any product from the Gift It Now catalogues.

Flexibility

Gift It Now vouchers are flexible and their value may be put toward any product in the Gift It Now catalogues. If the voucher holder would rather redeem their voucher for another single or multiple experiences of equal or lesser value, they are free to do so. No refunds will be given when vouchers are put toward experiences of lesser value.

Once a voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, vouchers are no longer flexible.

Pricing

Gift It Now reserves the right to alter prices of listed items and experiences at any time, without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax and there are no additional booking fees or credit card fees. The price listed in the catalogue at www.giftitnow.com.au is the price paid at the checkout.

Discontinued Products

Occasionally, we must remove products and suppliers from our catalogue. In the event we stop listing a product a voucher holder has a voucher for, we reserve the right to replace or refund the value of said voucher.

Product Alterations

While we do offer three (3) year validity on gift vouchers, some products and voucher types (e.g theme park tickets) are sometimes altered drastically by the operator. These products are frequently changed to include bonuses, extend ticket validity by several months or when an attraction has been altered or is no longer available to a different price point.

When this is the case, we reserve the right to charge extra or refund a portion of the original purchase when redeemed to match the price of the new product. This cost is the responsibility of the redeemer to pay at the time of finalising redemption. If, this is to occur, a member of the Gift It Now customer care team will be in touch to advise of the difference.

If the Redeemer does not wish to pay the difference for the specific experience gifted to them, they're able to exchange the value of the gift voucher for any other experience listed on the website, free of charge.

Availability of Experiences

All experiences listed with Gift It Now is subject to availability at the discretion of suppliers and operators. We recommend that bookings should be made 2 - 4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment; more popular experiences sometimes require even earlier booking. Thinking about redeeming a voucher? Contact us as soon as possible to confirm dates and availability.

Restrictions and Limitations

Our suppliers are responsible for making decisions and implementing restrictions in regards to participation in any and all experiences listed in our catalogue. These restrictions can include height, weight, age or anything else the supplier deems relevant.

We try to list all relevant restrictions and booking information on our product web pages. Gift It Now makes no guarantees about any voucher holder's ability to participate. Participation is strictly at supplier's discretion. If you have concerns, please consult with us at time of redemption and we will happily check with the supplier before confirming your booking.

Purchaser and Recipient Details

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all contact details provided to us are correct upon purchase. Failure to provide accurate delivery and contact details may lead to the incorrect delivery of electronic or physical purchases. We take no liability for missent electronic or physical goods purchased from Gift It Now due to purchasers providing incorrect delivery information.

Safety & Liability

We act as the booking agent for a wide range of experience providers, operators and suppliers across Australia. While we make every effort in choosing the very best suppliers to list on our catalogue, Gift It Now cannot guarantee the standards of safety or quality of any experience.

Some suppliers offer experiences that carry with them an element of danger. We make no representation or claims as to the safety of any of the experiences listed in our catalogue.

While we do require that operators we list provide current insurance information, we do not accept liability for any act or negligence by suppliers or any third party that we may be affiliated with, nor do we accept liability for loss or damage that occurs directly or indirectly from the sale, booking or use of any Gift It Now product or experience.

Weather & Cancellations

Many products listed in the catalogue are weather-dependant. Gift It Now takes no liability for cancellations in the event of adverse weather or conditions; suppliers may cancel or reschedule at their discretion. In the event of a permanent cancellation, the original purchaser may contact us at Gift It Now to exchange or reschedule the value of the voucher. Upon booking, the voucher holder will receive the supplier's details and contact information to confirm that the experience can continue in the event of adverse weather or other prohibitive conditions.

Once a Gift It Now voucher has been redeemed and an experience booked, cancelling a booking can result in cancellation fees being applied as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the supplier/operator. When cancelling a booking you will be notified of the total cancellation fees via email, facsimile or telephone.

Lost Vouchers

If you happen to lose or misplace your Gift It Now gift voucher in either digital or physical form, please phone Gift It Now's customer care team. In order to process your request for a replacement voucher we will require the order or receipt number and the full name and address of the original purchaser.

Upon issuing a replacement voucher, the original voucher will be made void and cannot be redeemed if found after the replacement has been issued.

Gift It Later Postage

Gift It Now gift pack postage via the Gift It Later option selected at the time of purchase is sent through Australia Post Express Post. Gift It Later purchases ordered before 2pm AEST will be posted on the same day to arrive in 1-2 days (additional days for rural areas).

Christmas Gift It Later gift pack orders are to be placed prior to 1pm AEST on Thursday the 21st of December, 2017. Any orders placed after this time will be posted on the following business day and delivered following the National Public Holidays, as per Australia Post's delivery service.

Tours and Packages

Tours and packages that commence during a Special Event Period are non-refundable. These experiences include, but are not limited to, Trade Fairs, Public and National Holidays, School Holidays, New Year, Christmas, Easter, Ramadan.

For other tour products, packages and services, if bookings are cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled departure or commencement time, there are no cancellation fees. If cancelled between 3 and 6 calendar days before the scheduled departure or commencement time, a cancellation fee for 50% of the total booking price is applied. If cancelled within two calendar days of the scheduled departure or commencement time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking is applied.

Complaints

Once the experience has been booked, any complaints on the day of the experience should be directed to the supplier and not Gift It Now for prompt resolution.

All other complaints should be directed to Gift It Now either online via email at info@giftitnow.com.au or by phone via our toll-free number 1300 839 731. Office hours are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Representation of Experiences

All media (photography, imagery, video) on Gift It Now is intended to be representational of the products that we sell through our site. We endeavour to represent every supplier, operator and product accurately through the imagery used, but it is not always possible to portray the actual products or experiences that participants will receive or partake in.

Written descriptions and promotional information is intended to be as accurate as possible as it pertains to each product in our catalogue and details are sourced directly from suppliers or their own promotional material.

Wine Boxes, Gift Boxes, Books & Hampers

Wine & Gift Boxes:

Gift It Now reserves the right to replace items in the gift boxes listed on the website. Similar items of equal or greater value and comparable quality may replace those advertised in the event of supply shortages.

Delivery falls to the responsibility of Star Track and once Gift It Now has posted the package, it is under the control of the postal company. We take no responsibility for delivery complications that arise from providing us with incorrect information at the time of purchase. In the event that re-delivery is requested or the gift box is unrecoverable, financial responsibility for re-delivery rests on the purchaser.

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST will be posted immediately to qualify for express shipping. While Gift It Now offers express shipping, customers living in rural or out of metro areas should allow additional days for delivery. Delivery is only available within Australia.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

PLEASE NOTE: If a customer has given the courier permission to leave unattended at checkout, the parcel will be left at the designated place of residence unattended. By selecting 'leave unattended' Gift It Now will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items ordered through Gift It Now. Gift It Now is not required to refund, replace or exchange any lost or stolen items that were ordered with permission to leave unattended.

Hampers:

Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of orders being received. Postage with Australia Post can take between 3-5 business days (please allow time for this when ordering). Hampers are supplied by an additional third-party business, Gift It Now is not held responsible for the delivery of the hampers.

Books:

All book orders are dispatched daily from Gift It Now HQ. Orders placed before 12 pm AEST will be posted the same day, orders placed after 12 pm AEST will be posted the next business day. All book orders are posted with Australian courier service, Star Track. Once a book order has been dispatched it is the responsibility of Star Track to deliver it to the desired address.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders which include Wine Boxes, Gift Boxes, Books and/or Hampers cannot be posted to a PO Box.

Prizes, Giveaways & Competitions

All giveaways conducted by Gift It Now our open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and older. To be eligible to win a Gift It Now prize you must not currently be employed by Gift It Now or the collaborating brand, or be an immediate family member of an employee.

All prizes are issued for 12 months from the date of issue if not otherwise stated on the Gift Voucher. Gift It Now is not required to replace any gift voucher that has not been used before its expiration date. Monetary gift vouchers can be redeemed for all experience gifts listed on Gift It Now, vouchers with specific prizes are to only be redeemed for the prize stated on the voucher.

To redeem a Gift It Now gift voucher, you must phone the Gift It Now Customer Care team on 1300 839 731 and quote your voucher number. All gift vouchers issued are limited to one use per voucher and are non-refundable, non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

Competitions promoted and hosted on Facebook or Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

All personal information provided by entrants in Gift It Now branded competitions will be handled in a way that complies with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act. When entering an online competition, you?re agreeing to be signed up to The Gift Guide, Gift It Now?s e-newsletter.
